Will my information remain confidential?
HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act). Is a federal law that specifies and mandates privacy and security to protect your personal information. At Quality Homecare Cape Cod, it is policy that all caregivers and clients sign a HIPPA form.
Can a caregiver drive me to a doctor’s appointment or to do errands?
Why of course! All caregivers must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance. If you would like for a caregiver to drive your car, you need to provide Quality Homecare Cape Cod updated proof of automobile insurance.
What hours are caregivers available?
Quality Homecare Cape Cod provides 24 hours a day and 7 days a week homecare. We customize scheduling to accommodate your needs.
